I had to fill out an application form and wait a few days before sending it in. They also wanted personal documents and references from jobs I had before. The first part was a phone interview.

This was, by far, the worst interview I have ever had. The employees in the store are quite rude and unhelpful, and the store looks like a ghost town. When I arrived, I waited around 45 minutes to interview. The interviewer called me the wrong name the entire time. When she did greet me, she was not friendly and treated the interview more like an interrogation. She was on the phone and distracted by other things the entire time. I would have suggested to reschedule but she seemed like she wanted to get this interview over with. She also asked me invasive questions that are illegal to ask in this state, and she made it seem like I was a bother to her the entire time. I was bracing myself for her to reject me, but after about 10 minutes of interview, she decided to offer me the job after much open deliberation. She made it very clear, though, that she's going to put a lot of pressure on me and I better not make her regret this, giving me a whole talk about the level of commitment she wants from me. I was flabbergasted, but I took the offer paper and went home to process what happened. What happens after you get accepted is that you receive an email with the proper offer letter and a link to accept or decline the offer, and you have 48 hours to respond. After that, you're hired. For me, I declined as soon as I got the email.

DO NOT WORK HERE. Unprofessional Interview. It was a group interview where we did an icebreaker and got to know everyone. Then we went into questions about work experiences. They asked questions like, "What does Integrity mean to you?" and asked everyone from left to right. Then they asked, "When was a Stressful time you had to deal with and overcame it?" asking everyone one at a time from left to right. Everyone was basically just trying to compete with each other. The last part was role playing. Everyone role played and they barely gave out any explanation about what we were supposed to do. They didn't even try to give us an example about how to sell credit or membership. So the first person that went up, me, had barely any information on what to say or do. So during my role play, the store manager would tell me what I could do and start giving me information that he didn't include earlier, which ruined my chances of getting hired because the next person that went up to do their role play had more information and knowledge on what to do and that person was also confused which led the store manager to provide more knowledge and information on what to do therefore the next person after that had more knowledge and information. So it went on until the last person, the fifth person. With all the knowledge and information gathered from everyone's mistakes and experience, that last person would have obviously done much more better since he was there to see everyone's role play. So basically of course he knew what to do. Very unprofessional.
