The interview process was straightforward and brief, though it took a couple of months to get a final answer. This is pretty standard for most corporate positions, but overall, the experience was positive.

I had a group interview that was 30 minutes long. I got a call the day before telling me to come in the next morning. There were two managers and two other people applying for the job in the room. It's not clear if they're hiring all of us. Everyone was nice and friendly. I heard management can be rude to employees, but I went for the interview anyway. They asked me to photocopy two IDs for a background check.

Got a call the day after applying to set up an interview. When I got there, the manager who was supposed to interview me wasn't in, so an assistant manager stepped in. It was pretty standard, asked a bunch of typical retail questions, explained the job a bit, and then I was done. Not having prior work experience made answering those common workplace questions a bit tough. It would have gone great if I'd had customer service experience before.

  • Can you tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult customer?
