I had to do this pretend sell-a-bed thing with the interviewer. Then they hit me with the fact that the store's only profit comes from credit cards, and if I didn't sell any, I'd be fired. I just left. I'm fine asking customers if they want a card, but a business that only makes money pushing cards? That place is gonna fail.

It was a pretty standard interview process with about four or five questions, mostly about my experience. The hiring manager was the only person I spoke with and they were very nice. They were upfront about the company potentially shutting down soon, so they mentioned that the role might not be available for long. Even so, they did extend an offer.
