HR Business Partner
The interview process included two rounds. The first was with a recruiter, and the second was with the CHRO and another HRBP. Both conversations were really nice, the people were friendly, and they were open about the challenges of the role and the company. They asked about my skills and past experience, but also about what motivates me and my career goals. All the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. After the second round, there was a bit of silence for a few weeks before they let me know their decision, which could have been handled better, but it didn't really spoil the good impression I had overall.

Senior Software Engineer
after the hr interview there was a coding task. they did not like my code. they wanted me to design a service that converts bitcoin to usd using a remote api. after i implemented it, i got feedback that the code was nice and readable but not restful. they said i was proxying a remote service and over-engineering. it seems like you have to guess what the reviewer wants. but you cannot do that. you should ask them. it's a strict mindset. don't do extra things, or they will say you added an extra feature, but they wanted a simple one. maybe they want to see what you understand when someone says 'restful'. you will need to start the task early to be able to ask details. i think i gave much more useful details about the task here. probably they should inform about details like that.

SEO Consultant
I applied on Linkedin and got a call from their recruiter. We had quite a long but helpful call to understand what they're looking for and the interview process. He forwarded my resume to the hiring team and the first interview was scheduled with the Client Success Manager, about 30 minutes. Then within a few days I got an email from the recruiter saying they'd like to schedule the 2nd interview which was a panel with the SEO Manager and a Sr SEO Consultant. Part of the second step included a spreadsheet where they wanted me to show I have Excel formula knowledge to easily extract data. Then they wanted me to spend just an hour or two on creating a PPT presentation for a specified website where I made recommendations for 3 predefined areas. The panel interview included my presentation of the PPT, they asked questions, we discussed. Then the second part was quick 20 to 30 min 1:1s with the manager and Sr Consultant. After about a week or so I got a follow-up email from the recruiter saying they wanted to have another quick 15 to 30 min chat about how I use ScreamingFrog. That call was scheduled quickly and I shared how I use it, what reports I export and that was it! Then within a few days the recruiter emailed me for him and I to have a quick follow-up, and that's when they offered the job.
- The team mostly shared the company's values and goals, the makeup of the SEO team, the goals for the position; and I had the opportunity to then comment about my experience. It was very conversational, not a lot of situational questions.
Project Manager
The interview process lasted about 6 weeks. It began with a general HR call, followed by meetings with the team leads. Then, I was given a case study to complete within 3 business days. I then presented my case study solution to the team leads and management, which involved a detailed discussion of my analysis and proposed solution. This presentation and discussion lasted nearly 2 hours. I received the job offer in less than a week after the presentation.
