Recruitment Consultant
It was a 3 stage interview process, with the final round being a panel interview. The stages were spaced out about a week apart. The whole hiring process took around 3 weeks. They made the job offer very quickly over the phone right after the final interview.

Recruitment Consultant
Had a telephone interview first, then a face to face interview, and then the recruiter said she got feedback. I couldn't get hold of the recruiter for a whole week. During that week, the interviewer called me and wanted me to meet some of his colleagues. So I went for a second interview. After that, I finally got through to the recruiter, who told me I wasn't shortlisted based on the first interview feedback. It makes no sense to make me go for another interview if that was the case. Such a waste of my time and energy. I wouldn't apply or work with this company again. The communication from the recruiter and staff was terrible.
- What is your understanding of the recruitment field
Recruitment Consultant
Had a short phone call first, then was invited for a casual interview. It was brief, with basic questions, a bit of roleplay, and moved very quickly. The interviewer seemed uninterested and focused on selling other commission-based positions, suggesting an unprofessional setting. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but after two weeks of silence, I called. The interviewer barely remembered me and gave vague reasons for rejection: inappropriate dress (wearing a suit on their casual day), insufficient experience, and being 'too confident.' Apparently, bringing a backpack after an hour-and-a-half commute was also an issue. Before ending the call, they tried to sell me on other roles again, likely for commission. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
