After sending my CV, I was invited to an interview. It was over MS Teams and consisted of two stages. First, I interviewed with the team leader, and then with a senior member of staff. Two panel members were present at the interviews. It was a relatively relaxed interview where we chatted through my experience on my CV and some competency questions.

Had a short phone call first, then was invited for a casual interview. It was brief, with basic questions, a bit of roleplay, and moved very quickly. The interviewer seemed uninterested and focused on selling other commission-based positions, suggesting an unprofessional setting. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but after two weeks of silence, I called. The interviewer barely remembered me and gave vague reasons for rejection: inappropriate dress (wearing a suit on their casual day), insufficient experience, and being 'too confident.' Apparently, bringing a backpack after an hour-and-a-half commute was also an issue. Before ending the call, they tried to sell me on other roles again, likely for commission. Overall, it was a really bad experience.

I applied through the website and was contacted by a consultant after about two weeks. I ended up speaking with several consultants and went through multiple tests and assessment centers. The entire hiring process took almost two years, which felt abnormal, so I eventually stopped pursuing it. The initial questions from all the staff were always about how quickly I could return the tests, which felt like being treated like a child rather than a well-educated applicant in this century.

I had an interview. First, they asked for my phone number via email even though it was on my resume. When they called, I tried to discuss the salary being a bit low and if it was negotiable, but they cut me off and said it's not. Then I asked about the number of days I'd need to be in the office to figure out my commute, and they said they didn't know and would have to call me back. It's been a month, and I figured they just wanted to end the call that way. They never did call back.
