The interview process was great and I felt as though the people I spoke with were very personable and relatable. However, they did ghost me afterward despite my sending two emails to check in. My friend got a job with them a couple of months later and loved it. They let my friend go 3 months later so maybe it worked out for the best after all.

The whole interview process took me about a week. I initially applied for the job on LinkedIn and quickly got a call from the company's founder, Jeremy. Jeremy asked me some personal questions that caught me off guard and made me question my interest in sales. Overall, Jeremy then set me up for an in-person interview at the Charlotte office with several recruiters. Practicing behavioral questions beforehand really helped me prepare for the face-to-face interview. The recruiters there are definitely going to put you on the spot with questions that might get a little personal. Following my in-person interview, I had to arrange reference calls. After the references were contacted, I was invited back for a half-day session, where I was ultimately extended an offer.

I was contacted by a recruiter who got my info from a mutual connection. I emailed them my resume and what I was looking for. The recruiter set up a phone interview, but I had to explain I was working and needed to do it before or after work hours. They forgot to call at the scheduled time, so I had to call them back to reschedule. When we finally talked, after about 10 minutes, they said I didn't have the experience they needed. Weirdly, they then asked if I knew anyone else who was more qualified. While the recruiter was nice, the whole experience wasn't great due to the missed interview, being asked for referrals for the same job, and being told I didn't meet criteria that a quick look at my resume would have shown.

This was probably the worst interview I've ever had. The CEO, Mr. Gnozzo, interviewed me and was really rude, condescending, and just odd. He told me the sales role wasn't an executive recruiter role, even though I thought I was applying for an AE position. He wouldn't share any details about who I'd be prospecting or selling to, or even what I'd be selling. He expected me to know this, but the website is useless and provides no information, so I couldn't research it. Talking to him felt like pulling teeth. Before I got too angry, I ended the conversation, stating the interview wasn't going well on his end and that I was no longer interested, then I hung up. It was a complete waste of my time and preparation.
