An interviewer first reached out and requested I create a "factsheet" based on one of the initiatives listed on their website. After I completed this they told me they would be in touch to schedule an interview. I responded right away to let them know my availability, but didn't hear back until over a week later when they requested I schedule an interview for two hours later that same day. This not only left me with little time to prepare, but felt very inconsiderate of my time.
