The interview process involved questions about my professional background, contextual knowledge, and two specific scenarios. I met with a panel of two people from the same department. They were patient and seemed genuinely interested in our discussion. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and they informed me about the timeline for their decision.

Behavioral Technical

I applied in April and it took a month to hear back for a recruiter call with generic questions. Then it took another month to schedule the second interview with HR staff because people were on vacation. This second interview in June had more HR-specific questions. They said it would be a while before I heard back. Two months later, I reached out and found out I didn't get the job and they apologized for not contacting me sooner.
