Account Manager
We did an initial HR phone screen. Then, I had a virtual 45-minute chat with my potential manager. After that, there was a 30-minute interview with someone who would be a coworker. The next step was a 45-minute virtual session where I had to give a presentation and do a role-play Q&A with the manager and two other team members. Finally, I had a 30-minute virtual interview with the VP. After all that, HR called with the official offer.

Account Executive
It started with a recruiter phone screen, which went great, and then another with the Sales Manager, which also went really well. I was looking forward to the next step, where I'd meet with two sales managers for a more in-depth look at my resume and to do a mock sales call about my hobby or weekend plans. During the discussion about my past employment, they seemed condescending about why I left my job from 2015-2021 after six years, given my current job started in 2020. They were messaging each other the whole time, smiling and chuckling, which I found unprofessional. It's not cool to be condescending about why someone has two jobs; you don't know people's financial situations. I thought the mock call went okay, but they kept asking me to repeat myself because they were busy messaging each other. At the end of the mock call, they admitted they were giving each other feedback via messages and told me on the spot that they weren't moving forward with my application. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet with this company based on how those managers were paying more attention to each other than to me during the interview.
- What motivated you to apply to Sealed?

Billing Data Specialist
I had a really great time interviewing with Sealed, and it actually made me decide to take the offer. The recruiter was super nice and kept me updated the whole time about how things were going and what was next. Everyone I talked to was down-to-earth and professional, and they all seemed to know exactly what they were looking for. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then a Google Meet with the hiring manager. After that, I had an assignment, then another call with the hiring manager to go over it. Then I spoke with the heads of two departments I'd be working with a lot, and it ended with a meeting with the VP of Finance.

The interview process was online and friendly, they scheduled very fast. The attention for the candidate was very formal, and they explained the objective of the position very well. The focus was on previous experience. The follow-up to the process interview is amazing.
