First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sealed Air Corporation.
Intern
The whole process took two rounds. First, I had a recruiter call, and then a second round on Zoom with two people. It's a good idea to research which areas of the department you'd be interested in working in and have that ready to share.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What areas within the department are you interested in working on?
Intern
I submitted my resume to Sealed Air at a campus recruiting event. About a week later, they reached out to schedule a phone interview. This call was with the head of the internship program and someone who had recently transitioned from the internship to a full-time role. They mentioned they'd let me know by the end of the week if I was moving forward. I didn't hear back, so I followed up via email and phone, but never got a response. I thought the interview went well.
- Tell me about your ideal work environment.
- How would you describe your organizational skills?
Intern
The hiring process was quite smooth. There was no group activity, just a presentation about careers, and academic or extracurricular projects. There was also a written test, and an individual interview with the hiring manager for the position.
- What is your motivation for interning in the pricing field?
