Behavioral Technical

I had a 30 min phone call interview to start. Then, I was invited for a 3-round interview with different engineers. It was a smooth process. They asked about my resume experience. I mostly talked with engineers, not HR. It was very behavioral.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 2 stage process, first with HR and then with the hiring manager. The HR interview was just general admin stuff before they passed my resume to the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was pretty quick and straight to the point.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied online. The whole thing took 2 months. There were 3 steps total. First, a 40-minute preliminary interview with the hiring manager. Then, I had to do a technical presentation based on my research and also go through 3 panel interviews. Lastly, I had a one-hour interview with the hiring manager again. After all that, they said they'd contact me within a week, but then totally ghosted me. I sent follow-up emails twice, once after 15 days and again after 21 days, but got no reply. It's unacceptable to be treated this way, especially by someone at a director level.
