It was a good interview experience overall. HR was really thorough with everything. Everyone I met during the interview was professional and conducted the interview well. They also followed up nicely after the interview.

I put in my application online and about two weeks later, they asked for my creative portfolio. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. I met with three people who I would work with daily. We talked about the job and my background. It felt like it went well and they gave me a tour of the office. They mentioned they had more candidates to see, but I got an offer about two weeks after the interview.

The interview process involved 3 rounds. It kicked off with a preliminary phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview at the main office with the hiring manager and two team members. The final step was an onsite interview in Oklahoma to see how the core operations function. The whole thing from beginning to offer took about 2 weeks.

Applied for this management trainee role. Got a preliminary phone interview with two recruiters. Despite having an internship, two prior management positions, and a BS in Business Admin, one recruiter stated I lacked the specific management experience they sought. They then offered me a line worker position in their pork processing plant, which I found insulting. I'd recommend Seaboard Foods just state they are going in a different direction with candidates they aren't interested in, as offering line worker jobs to college grads is appalling.
