The interview process mainly involves asking about your past work experiences and your eagerness to take on a wider scope of responsibilities. It wasn't overly difficult, but it seemed like they were in a rush to fill the position. The company culture appears to be quite good overall.

I had two interviews, first with HR and then with management. I liked that they were efficient and didn't waste time. The questions were straightforward, and I also had to discuss my background.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process has at least 5 rounds. First is HR, then a senior person, likely the Director of Product. After that, it's the team manager for the team you might join. Then there's a VP round for culture fit, and finally, HR again to go over the salary package. The initial HR chat was standard, but they did ask some product questions like, 'How would you improve Shopee?'. The interview with the Director was quite challenging, with questions not typically found on PM interview prep sites. He was friendly and helpful if you got stuck, though the questions were confusing. He started with a casual chat about your interests, but it's unclear what he was looking for. I didn't advance further, so I don't know about the subsequent stages.
