Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SEA (Singapore).
Management Associate
They mentioned during the sharing session that there are about 4 to 5 rounds in the interview process. I successfully passed the online assessment and then proceeded to a behavioral interview. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the behavioral interview, but the interviewer was really nice and sweet.
- Could you explain your motivation for applying to this program?
- What do you consider to be your main strengths?
- What are your key weaknesses?

Don't waste your time here, they interview 50+ people and hire single digit candidates (according to my internal source). Round 1: HR Screening, and as usual SEA HR has a thick China accent that is quite hard to understand. She seemed to not be very attentive in this stage even though the interview was face to face. Round 2: Group Case, Was given a case and was given some time to prepare. I have a strong consulting and strategy background and believe that the team did quite well overall, but in the end i was failed here. No feedback was given at all and was just given a generic auto-rejection email after going to their office 2x.

The interview process involved a manager conducting an online interview via Google Meet. They inquired about my motivation for joining the company and the specific program. Additionally, there were several behavioral questions related to my CV. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was conducted in Chinese.

- Are you interested in any specific business tracks?
