Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SE Health.
Business Analyst
The interview process had three stages, of which the last one involved a presentation. I was given a topic to prepare and present. They also asked me about life cycle methodologies and for an example of a project where a methodology was used.
- Regarding your experience, could you describe a lifecycle methodology you've utilized, the specific project, and detail how you executed it?
Business Systems Analyst
Had a recruiter phone screen that was pretty simple. Then got a call with the hiring manager a few days later. That interview was alright, some technical stuff but mostly behavioral. After a week, no word back, so I hit up the recruiter. They said they were still interviewing people right before Christmas. After the holiday break, I emailed again and still heard nothing. So I messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn and they let me know they'd moved to another team and project and would connect me with their replacement. Another two weeks went by with no response. I wouldn't recommend this based on how bad their follow-up time is. It was really not a good experience.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you had to devise an innovative solution to a challenge you encountered?
