Behavioral Technical

The interviewer was quite unfriendly and seemed dissatisfied with my previous part-time role, not understanding it was during my degree program with multiple jobs and responsibilities. I worry they might overlook qualified applicants as I was overqualified for the position. The interviewer seemed uninterested in my experience and relating it to the role, despite a disconnect on both sides. It was a screening interview, but there were several STAR questions. Prepare for this interview. I would have declined an offer as I got a better job elsewhere. This interview stands out negatively, and I felt like I wouldn't have enjoyed the role.
