The interview process was quick and to the point, they don't waste time. I was interviewed by a young person who was upbeat and positive. Since I worked for a competitor, they seemed interested in my experience and what I could bring to the company. I declined the offer because I was working for a competitor and wasn't comfortable with the non-compete clause. If I were unemployed, I'd definitely go with this company. This experience wasn't typical, but I connected really well with the manager.

It's a simple and straightforward process, and it's pretty easy to get hired. First, they'll email you to set up a Skype interview. After that, most people get selected. Then, they'll have you come in for a group session where they'll tell you about the product you'll be selling. They'll give you the supplies, and you'll get your schedule by email.

The interview process was smooth and friendly. We had time to go over my resume and background. Everything was explained to me, including the pay structure and bonuses, flexibility and time off, as well as benefits available once you have been there for a certain time.
