First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SDI Marketing.
Staff Accountant
I got to the office, and the receptionist was nice, offering me a drink. An employee then met me with a smile and handshake, and we went to a meeting room. They started by asking about my trip to the office, just to break the ice. They explained the interview would be a relaxed chat to get to know each other. The interviewer was friendly and listened well, nodding and giving positive feedback. They asked some interesting questions that let me show my skills and learned about the company culture. The interviewer shared some stories about working there, making it more like a conversation. They said I could ask questions anytime and told me about the job, the team, and growth chances. At the end, they thanked me for my interest and time, explained what happens next, and gave me a timeframe for hearing back. I left feeling good about the friendly and positive experience, and excited about potentially joining a team that values communication and respect.

Sales Representative
The interview process was quick and to the point, they don't waste time. I was interviewed by a young person who was upbeat and positive. Since I worked for a competitor, they seemed interested in my experience and what I could bring to the company. I declined the offer because I was working for a competitor and wasn't comfortable with the non-compete clause. If I were unemployed, I'd definitely go with this company. This experience wasn't typical, but I connected really well with the manager.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience?
Sales Associate
The interview process was really friendly and smooth. I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager, who was in Toronto. The interview was about 45 minutes long, and then I was immediately processing background checks and onboarding paperwork with SDI Marketing.
