SCS Engineers Engineer Interview Questions
& Process

The interview was online via Team Meeting. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. They asked some questions about my background and technical experience. I also got to ask some questions at the end.

I applied online for the Entry Level Engineer position and got an email from the Hiring Director for a phone interview. We talked for about 15 minutes about the company and the business unit, my experience, and my education. I got a second interview, which was over Skype because I wasn't in the state yet. It was with my potential boss, a Sr Project Professional. We talked for about 30 minutes, and they asked more about my education and how familiar I was with environmental regulations and compliance, which wasn't much then. We also talked a lot about the job and my role. I asked a bunch of questions because I was interested in the job and how I'd fit in. A week later, I had another Skype interview with a different Sr. Project Professional, also about 30 minutes. This interview was pretty similar, mostly about my current expertise in the work area, not really testing me with hard questions or asking for examples. A week after that, I got the job offer and started two weeks later.

The interview process was pretty easy and to the point. There was one round with upper management and then another round with the staff. They were upfront and friendly. They mostly wanted to see who you are and if you'd fit in with the office vibe.
