First, there was a phone interview where they asked some basic background questions. After that, I had an in-person interview where they asked more detailed questions that were specific to the role. The whole process from applying to getting the offer took about 4 weeks. It was a good experience.

After submitting my application, I was sent a video interview with 3 questions, and I had the option to re-record them. About two weeks later, I got a phone call to discuss some open positions. I interviewed for one role initially but wasn't selected, so I then interviewed for a second role. Both interviews were conducted via video. I haven't heard back since then.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process went smoothly, and everyone on the panel asked a bunch of questions. I think the questions were mostly about your past experiences, and there weren't really any incorrect answers. The panel would present you with different scenarios you might encounter and grade you on how you'd deal with them.
