Had a phone interview and then a face-to-face with the Area Manager. The questions were set and there was a process to follow. It was a bit awkward because the questions were very similar, making it feel like I had already answered them.

Behavioral Other

I saw the job on Indeed but applied through their website. A recruiter called and set up a phone interview for a few days later. It was basic competency stuff and the usual questions about holidays. She said I'd get a face-to-face interview, and she emailed me the date, time, and location. The in-person interview was with the branch manager and another manager, lasted about 1.5 hours, and was a mix of chatting and more managerial competency questions. I got a job offer over the phone five days later.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter called me to set up a phone interview within three days. She called right on time and said it'd be a 10-minute call. It was on speakerphone, and I could barely make out the questions. She asked 8 questions in 10 minutes, sounding rushed. I tried to answer briefly, but it was hard to express myself using the STAR method in such a short time. It felt like a robot was interviewing me on fast-forward. Three days later, I got an email saying I wasn't successful. But honestly, I didn't expect to pass with such a poor hiring process.
