I applied online and then got a call for a telephone interview. I wasn't prepared, so I asked for another call. The lady said she would e-mail the questions. I checked my e-mail and it was a self-recording interview, but I wasn't given the correct password, so it didn't work. I chased this up repeatedly with e-mails and finally got a response and a telephone interview. I was offered a face-to-face interview which had a lot of questions and scenarios. I was then taken to listen into a call, my picture was taken, and I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to a week. I haven't heard anything.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online on their website, and then the store's manager called me. I didn't expect a phone interview, so it was a surprise, but the questions were basic to see how I spoke and if I was articulate. Then, they invited me for an in-store interview. This interview lasted about 30 minutes, and the questions were standard for customer service jobs. Preparing well made it not too hard. I got an offer almost the same day, and they confirmed it by phone the next day.

Behavioral Other

Applied online and then they got back to me two weeks later. It was a quick call to set up an interview, not a phone screen. The interview itself went really well and I didn't feel nervous. They said they'd call me back by the end of the day. They took photocopies of my passport and national insurance card, which was strange because they didn't offer me the job. They took my time and preparation and didn't even need my private info. No call or reply came, and when I called the branch, I was told the manager would call back, but he never did. The staff seemed friendly.
