The interview is likely standard for retail roles. They'll want to get to know you, including your past work experience, and what you like and dislike about the job. You should expect some scenario-based questions related to typical retail situations, like handling customer satisfaction and task delegation. They are particularly interested in seeing if you can identify an area for improvement in your work.

It was a pretty standard interview. The manager had a list of questions they read from, and someone else wrote down the answers. It wasn't too hard and the questions were pretty much the usual ones you get everywhere, focusing a lot on customer service. I got the impression it was more about whether you'd fit in than if you were actually the right person for the job. The interview lasted over an hour. I think the interviewers weren't very experienced because they seemed a bit uncomfortable.
