It felt like it went well, the interview setting was calm but I didn't get the job in the end. The interviewers were really nice and asked clear, direct questions. There were about 3 questions asked on the day, covering things like customer service skills, using your own initiative, and how you recognize good customer service.

It was a really chill interview, quite relaxed actually. They asked me some basic competency questions, like "when have you...". The interview happened right there at the branch, with the Manager and another person who was taking notes. I got the offer within a week of talking to them.
