Account Executive
The interview process included a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting at a restaurant or cafe. I met with my potential manager there and we went over the usual questions. It was hard to tell how it went, but even though it seemed to go well, and after I sent several thank you notes and asked follow-up questions to show my interest, I didn't hear back for several weeks. It was a long process that honestly could have been made much faster.
- Can you discuss your professional experience?
- What would you consider your most significant career achievements?
- Could you share what you consider to be your biggest weakness?
Project Coordinator
I applied online and an HR person got in touch pretty quickly to set up a quick phone screen. The questions were pretty easy. She seemed unprepared and kept asking the same thing, like "and what have you" every other sentence. Then they asked me to come in for an interview, but the dates didn't work with my schedule. I followed up twice, and after two weeks, I got a standard automated message saying they weren't interested anymore.
- How comfortable are you with scheduling?
Sales
First I had a phone call with a recruiter from Screenvision. Then I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager, and I think I had to complete a small test. After that, I spoke with Cheryl, the VP of Sales, and my direct manager. They had me come in to meet them and go over what would be expected of me before everything was finalized.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Executive
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then I met face-to-face with a local manager and the regional manager. They were both really knowledgeable and friendly. They asked me a lot of questions and took the time to learn about me and what I want to achieve.
- How do you handle objections?
