Case Behavioral

This was an MBA-level internship, so it was pretty standard. There were only a few case questions, and most of the interview focused on behavioral stuff like leadership, initiative, and how you'd sell ideas to management. I got a second round interview with two people at once. They asked me about my long-term career goals, the org structure of past companies, and some other tricky questions to try and get under my skin. It worked, because I didn't get an offer.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was great, I had a phone call where they were very professional and kind. It took a bit to get things organized, but eventually, I was flown onsite and spoke with several friendly and honest people. I'm really bummed I didn't have the experience level they were looking for because the people seemed SOOO awesome! They valued employee development and growth. The campus is beautiful and not too far from Columbus, embodying their products. HR was a day late getting back to me about the status of my interview but was very apologetic. She let me down easy, and when I asked for feedback, she gave all positives except that I had never been a brand manager before and they really wanted someone to hit the ground running. The entire experience was very professional and the company and people seemed very friendly, open, honest, and FUN! Truly bummed I didn’t get an offer! I interviewed in 2007, not 2008, but I was excited to share my interviewing experience because it was just so great-- even though I didn't get an offer.
