Account Manager
It was three rounds total. First, I had a virtual chat with a recruiter. Then, a virtual chat with a Sales Team Captain. Lastly, an onsite interview which included a shadow session, a tour, and an interview with the General Manager. The whole process moved super fast and the recruiters were helpful, giving me coaching and feedback along the way so I felt ready for each call.

They were super flexible with scheduling and when I had to change things up. I didn't end up finishing the whole thing, but they communicated really well and kept everything totally organized. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful, even though I ended up going in a different direction with my career.

Account Manager
The hiring process involves four main parts. It starts with an initial HR interview that lasts about an hour. Following that, there's a Sales Captain interview which is shorter, around 20 minutes. The next step is an in-person job shadow experience, which takes approximately 2 hours. Lastly, you'll have an interview with the district manager.
