Behavioral

The interview started with me introducing myself. Then, we moved on to some behavioural questions. They asked about the most difficult customers I've encountered and how I prioritize tasks when things get really busy. They also wanted to know how I handle complaints and what kind of questions I would ask customers. Finally, they asked about how I achieve my goals.

Had two rounds, one with a senior manager and another with the team director. Both were really smooth and they were nice. No technical questions, just behavioral. It was a great experience overall.

Applied online, then had a quick HR phone screening. The first interview was with two managers, focused on technical skills and past experiences from my resume. The second interview was with another manager and a senior manager, more casual with basic screening questions. The third interview was with another senior manager and a Director, more serious, asking behavioral and motivational questions. A week later, HR contacted me with the job offer.
