The HR interview for the CEA role was pretty simple and lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly about basic behavioral stuff, like questions about teamwork, how you handle pressure, dealing with clients, and your communication abilities. The chat was easy and comfortable, and the interviewer was nice, so it felt like a good experience overall.

It was a 3-stage interview process. The process was quick, not many rounds, and very straightforward. The staff were friendly, the facilities were good, and the salary is good for an entry-level role. I expect to have friendly coworkers and good training.

Behavioral Other

It was a really straightforward process. First, there was a video interview where I had to record my answers to some typical questions. I could practice a bunch of times before recording the final one. If that went well, the next step was a phone call with a recruiter. If they liked my answers, they'd offer me the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging customer.
