It was a great interview process, the team was very knowledgeable and I had a great time. I would definitely do it again! They really took the time to make sure I understood their culture and values. I think it's a great fast-paced environment, though the pay is a bit low.

I first connected with the team at a conference and they took my info and told me to apply. After I applied, they set up an interview for the next week. It went okay, but they said they needed someone super specific for that job and I wasn't quite it. So, they thought about me for a different role and sent me to talk to a colleague who interviewed me too.

The interview process was great. It started with a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an Excel test, and I had to present my findings using a PowerPoint presentation. The final interview was with the area manager. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They were clear about the job expectations and the salary. I think they could have explained the company benefits more to make the position more attractive.
