The hiring process was quick and well-organized. It started with a clear interview, then a technical test and a skills assessment. The next day, psychological evaluations were done. The recruiter was always easy to interact with. The whole process showed good time management and professionalism at each step, which built confidence and demonstrated a structured approach that helps move quickly to the next steps without unnecessary delays.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved two initial behavioral interviews. This was followed by a "super day" which included three back-to-back interviews. One of these was a technical interview with a bond trader. The overall process was quite relaxed and casual. I was notified of the outcome about a week after the super day.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview started with a 30-minute recruiter call, followed by a 30-minute MS Teams meeting with directors. The job title and description were very misleading; they were actually looking for an experienced developer but wanted to pay an associate salary. This was a joke to them, as they asked about the pay multiple times with laughter. Also, a red flag was the undiversified group of 5 interviewers who barely spoke English and sometimes spoke in their native language in the background during the interview, laughing and making comments. This is a warning: don't let directors disrespect or laugh at you; end the call immediately. They asked some technical developer questions about Python automation processes.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Is the offered salary sufficient?
  • Could you explain the function of 'try' and 'except' in Python?
  • What distinguishes Python classes from one another?
