First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SCOR.
Intern
The interviewer was super nice and broke down the reinsurance industry for me. They also asked about the school projects I did in my spare time. The whole thing took about half an hour.
- What made you decide to apply for this position?
Risk Intern
I had a zoom interview with two people for the Risk Internship. They asked me about past projects and my role in them, how I approach problem-solving, and my knowledge about climate.
- Can you describe a project you've worked on and your role in it, and also tell me how you've solved a problem in the past, and if you have any understanding of climate?
- Tell me about your previous projects and your role. How did you solve a problem? What's your understanding of climate?
- What projects have you worked on and what was your role? How did you fix a problem? Do you have any understanding on climate?
IT Intern
The interview process was super straightforward. The hiring manager mainly asked me about my tech background, what programming languages and software I knew. They also asked about projects from college and past internships.
- Can you tell me about the projects you've undertaken?
- What projects have you worked on?
