The interview process was pretty good. There were a total of 3 rounds. The first round was with a Manager, starting with automation testing and framework concepts, and included some tricky questions to assess real framework development experience. The interviewer also asked for test scenarios (positive and negative) followed by a logical question. The second round was with a Senior Director and was quite difficult. The interviewer was interested in in-depth knowledge of the current company product's architecture, the framework, and the language used for app development (which was unexpected). Questions were also asked about technologies worked on and the agile process. The third round was an HR discussion, which was also pretty good. It started with a self-introduction and family background. Then, the company culture was explained in detail, and there wasn't much salary negotiation. I got what I expected.

Got an email first and then a call. Attended an interview, the first round was a written test. After waiting for a few hours, they said a group of us cleared the first round. After that, no calls, no emails. It's really disappointing that the company is so silent and doesn't update candidates on their status, not even via email. They should have at least told us we weren't selected instead of ghosting us. They clearly said we'd get a call, so it's strange they went silent. Don't bother with such companies; it's a total waste of time. Not being responsible with communication is a waste of time to even try.

Got a call for F2F interview after a referral from a friend, and was asked to come down to Bangalore on the same weekend from Pune. (No travelling allowances). 1st round was basic Manual testing, SQL and 2 analytical questions. (Written). 2nd round was F2F technical round: Questions were basic testing questions, Build/Deployment, puzzles. (Overall it was easy). 3rd round was again technical F2F: Three persons were in interviewing Panel and questions was based on Automation testing. (Only if you say, you know). 4th round was Director round with some real great technical questions and for checking behavioural skills. 5th round was HR round and happy with the salary.
