The first interview, the hiring manager no-showed; my email to the HR rep went unanswered, but I received an automated email to schedule (as if the first had never been missed) and never received clarification or apology. The hiring manager was then more than 10min late to the rescheduled interview, and same again for the second round. They're clearly doing great work but I got the sense that they're growing so rapidly that their leadership have too much on their plates to prioritize interviews. Lots of red flags, which may (or may not!) be department specific.

The interview process felt very disorganized, with a lack of apparent communication between interviewers. There wasn't a formal job description, and the role seemed quite flexible. The interview process was super organized with great follow-up. I interviewed over three days and met with five people. It was a good chance to really show what I can do. Everyone I spoke with was great and gave consistent answers about the company's direction and upcoming plans for 2021. The recruiter was really upfront and shared some great insights.
