It started with a psychometric test and a Hirevue. If I passed that, I was invited to an Assessment Centre (AC). The AC had a group case study where we worked in groups of 3/4, and then an individual case study which we had to present to the firm's members. The interview itself was pretty relaxed, and the team and HR were nice and friendly.

First, I submitted an online application. It's important to make sure your CV is really strong, highlighting your experience and leadership skills because they print it out for the final interview. After that, there was an online test which was a logical and reasoning test. Then, a video interview. If I passed that, I went to an in-person assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a group exercise with a presentation, an individual case study, and a competency-based interview. Finally, I had a meeting with one of the senior business partners where we went over my CV in detail and discussed my motivation for joining the programme.

Technical Presentation Group Behavioral

It was a standard interview process for a graduate position in the financial services industry. The process involved group exercises, psychometric tests (SHL), and a presentation. It all happened over 1.5 days: one full day for the first round which had maths tests, presentations and group exercises, and then another half day for a 1:1 interview. HR people and Investment team members were the interviewers. The group exercises were pretty tough because you don't know the other candidates, you have little time to get used to your group and work on the task together. Also, there were observers watching you the whole time, so it's important to speak up a lot without being too much. If you don't speak enough, they won't have anything to evaluate and your chances to move to the next round decrease. For the psychometric tests, just practice them a lot online on the SHL website. The same questions tend to appear, so it shouldn't be too hard if you put in the practice.
