First, there was an introduction to discuss my existing experience. They explained what they expected from me and how much I should contribute. There were also some general questions. The feedback was positive, but unfortunately, it wasn't quite enough, and I received a rejection later.

Applied via email after meeting someone from the company at a university event. Got a phone interview with HR a few weeks later. Then, two weeks after that, I had an in-person interview with HR, followed by interviews with two managers for the projects I'd be working on. I also got to meet a future colleague who had previously worked at the same site abroad, and they shared a lot of really helpful insights.

We had a group interview where we introduced ourselves, then the company representatives (HR, line manager, and head of department) introduced the company. They asked some personal HR questions. No technical questions were asked. Overall, it felt like a very easy interview, with no difficult questions or traps. It was all about personal fit. Salary and other details were discussed and clarified by phone beforehand.
