So, during the interview process, they mixed up my personal info with another candidate, which was pretty wild. They initially questioned me, implying I gave them wrong details, but it turned out to be an internal admin mistake. Honestly, it showed a real lack of professionalism and attention to detail in how they handle candidate information.

The interview process started with a conversation involving both an HR specialist and a department specialist. It was very structured, with the main focus on my qualifications. The interaction was friendly and welcoming, and they were very accommodating. They provided a detailed explanation of the workflows and the company's conditions at the specific location.

The process was very long, with up to 2 months of no contact between interviews, but then they suggested interview slots for the very next day. The first interview was online, and the second and third interviews were in person. Feedback on the status was also sparse. Promised documents were only provided upon request. There were many different contacts, and communication channels were unclear.

First 1-hour get-to-know-you session via Teams. A very pleasant, relaxed conversation at eye level. No difficult questions. Generally, an extremely appreciative atmosphere, understandable presentation of tasks and the team, but little technical exchange. Initially, prospects for further discussion were conveyed, then an unexpected rejection. Feedback remained vague. A shame.
