The process kicked off with a phone chat where they asked some pretty standard questions. The person I spoke with was nice and super friendly. They started by going over the company and the role, asked about 5-7 questions, and then let me ask my own questions. After the phone call, I got an invite for an in-person interview on-site within about a week. The person who set up the interview was really flexible with my schedule. I ended up accepting another job offer before I could do the on-site interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with two initial phone screenings. Then, I had in-person interviews with several team members, usually in a two-on-one setting. During the same visit, I also had an in-person interview with the CEO. While everyone was really nice, the communication throughout the process was actually pretty bad, which I guess is understandable since it's a small startup. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. They even extended an offer, but then rescinded it. I still think their product/service is great and wish them the best, but I was hoping for more clear communication.
