- What's your approach to earning respect in the classroom?
Teacher
Interviews can differ depending on the principal and the school. You should be ready to discuss how you'd manage a classroom, how your teaching area aligns with core curriculum standards, and your strategies for including students with special needs and from diverse cultural backgrounds. A solid classroom management approach is essential. Also, consider how you plan to interact and communicate with parents.
