First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SCG.
Project Engineer
So first there's like a screening call, then a few interviews to see if you're good technically and a good fit. Sometimes they give you a case study or a tech test, or you might have to do a presentation. It wraps up with a chat about what the job entails and what's next.
- Can you tell me about a tough project you managed and how you tackled any problems?
- What are your main strengths, and how would they benefit our team?
- Explain your approach to managing tight deadlines and handling several tasks at once.
Engineer
HR did a selection and pre-screen interview. Then I applied by submitting my info for the interviewer. After that, they scheduled me for interviews with the team management. There were 3 rounds in total.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous company?
Safety Engineer
We started with a booth for registration and an Attitude Test. Then, there was a Career Camp with activities to check out potential candidates. After that, we had interviews with a panel of 4-5 people from different departments. This was followed by a medical exam and then signing the employment contract.
- Tell me about your strengths related to your work.
- What are your weaknesses you'd like to improve to do your job better?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
