Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a three step process. First, a phone interview with the management team to get a feel for you. Then, an in person interview with the managers, which was a bit intimidating with 7-8 people at a table asking questions. Lastly, an interview with one of the directors. The questions were all pretty similar.

Saw the job on my uni's job board. Applied and heard back from ScanSource within a week or two. Next was a phone interview. It was a conference call with 5 or 6 ScanSource employees asking basic questions about my background and why I wanted to work there as an analyst. The call was only about 15 minutes. About a week later, I had an in-person interview. It was in a conference room and lasted about 45 minutes. Six ScanSource department managers were there asking questions. The interview didn't go so well because I was surprised by some technical questions. I'd suggest reviewing the basics of valuing companies before the interview. They sent a nice letter saying I didn't get the job.
