You'll have one full day where you meet with four team members. They are mostly individual contributors. Some interviewers are easy to talk to and engaging, but some seem nervous and unsure. It's not very focused on recruiting itself, more about answering questions like you would in a typical HR or corporate recruiting setting.

Case Behavioral

This was one of the roughest interview processes I've been through as a recruiter. Most of the interviewers seemed totally over it and didn't really care about what I was saying. They threw in some 'case study' questions where they wanted metrics, but they never actually told me that beforehand, which was weird because the question was so open-ended. Like, how are you supposed to know to use metrics without any direction? They're super focused on numbers and don't seem to think about how the candidate feels. Even the HRBP just rapid-fired questions without acknowledging my answers. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, and I feel like that HRBP really says a lot about their company culture.

I applied through a referral and the interview process was pretty straightforward and delightful! First, I spoke with a team member about my career goals, background, and the team's needs. Then, I had a follow-up call where I worked through some recruiting scenarios. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with cross-functional partners and leaders to discuss their business impact and how I could help them achieve their goals. After an offer was extended, I was given a flexible timeline to decide.
