I went through 4 interviews total, which then led to a super day that had 4 more interviews. The case study was super basic, and I think I overcomplicated it because I thought they wanted a really polished answer when in reality, they just wanted my initial thoughts which I felt were obvious and didn't need to be stated.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite a drag, taking 8 rounds. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone screen, followed by a hiring manager call. After that, there was an on-site interview that consisted of 3 separate interviews. Then, I had 2 interviews with directors. It was super frustrating because I thought I answered everything perfectly and even got good feedback, but they ended up rejecting me after more than 1.5 months because I wasn't a good 'fit'.

Technical Case Behavioral

I had an interview with someone from the Scale public sector team, then a technical interview covering SQL and basic case questions. The technical part wasn't as tough as I thought, but still needed prep. I passed both. After that, they sent an NDA for a final panel interview. I gave my availability, and then... they ghosted me. I even followed up with the recruiter and the person who did the screen. Passing two rounds and then getting ghosted makes me think I dodged a bullet. Wonder how they treat employees if this is how they treat candidates.
