The process usually starts with a resume screen, then a quick phone chat, followed by a few interviews that are technical and behavioral. Sometimes there are also assessments or presentations, and then you find out if you got the offer.

Applied through the website. A few days later, got a brief email from the recruiter asking for availability for a screen. Sent some times over the next week, then heard nothing for almost two weeks. The recruiter then called unexpectedly. Thankfully, I was free, so we did the phone screen. They repeated this same process three more times (with even longer waits between my availability and the interviews). Then, they ghosted me for about a month. This company is a joke; find a better employer. If they actually wanted to hire people, they'd show more respect for candidates.

Behavioral Technical

The entire hiring process took over a month to complete. It felt like there were too many rounds and too many people involved. I couldn't figure out where I went wrong because everything seemed fine until the final round with a leader who I wouldn't even be reporting to. They were also kind of rude. After investing a month of my time, I received a rejection two days later. The recruiter said they'd keep in touch but then ghosted me. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet.
