Behavioral Presentation

This was a really long interview process, I think I got through 5 out of 7 rounds. The first few rounds were like 'tell me about yourself' type questions. They also had a take-home assignment which seemed pretty easy, you pick a topic to present on from a few options. Then, the next few rounds were mostly behavioral, focusing on customer service. No major surprises with the behavioral questions.

  • Can you share an experience you had with a difficult customer?
  • Describe a challenging customer interaction you've encountered.

Behavioral Technical Case

It started with a quick behavioral fit call (about 15 min). Then, there were two interviews with technical managers. Each of these involved 2-3 questions about personal experience, one project case study, and then Q&A, lasting about 45-60 minutes each.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me about your personal experience?
  • Can you describe one of your projects?
  • How would you go about starting an engagement in a new country? Specifically, how would you structure it, who would you bring in, how would you phase it, and what key activities would you focus on?

Recruiting is broken, and Scale is part of the problem. This is yet another interview process where they expect 6+ hours of your time across multiple rounds, consistently show up late, and send you a generic rejection email with no feedback. The hiring managers and team are too afraid to do the right thing and reach out personally. The biggest slap in the face is they encourage you to apply for roles in the future. In what universe would a sane person ever put themselves through this dehumanizing experience?
