First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SC Johnson.
Supply Chain Analyst
What a complete waste of time: they make you do 3-4 interviews, ask about your availability, documents, expectations, make you believe the process is going well and then, in the end, they disappear without even giving you final feedback. A really unprofessional approach that doesn't respect people's time.
- Tell me about your professional background. What was the most significant work experience you've had?
- Why are you considering leaving your current job?
- What responsibilities did you have in your previous role?
Supply Chain Analyst
I applied through the company portal and had an initial chat with HR, followed by a final conversation with the department head. After that, there was a psychometric test and an English assessment covering reading, listening, and writing. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required for the interview.
- Can you tell me about your career and experience?
- What software tools are you proficient in?
Demand Planner
Had 3 chats with HR and 2 with the line manager. It was pretty conversational and focused on past experiences, no business case stuff. English is super important (part of the chat was in English), and they prefer candidates with a bit of supply chain experience. Management engineers might be the preferred profile.
- Why are you looking to make a change?
- What are your 3 main strengths?
- And what are your 3 biggest weaknesses?
