The interview was 'technical' and was broken down into two main parts: Marketing related case questions & Behavioral questions. The case questions were tough and tricky to answer straight away. You'd have to really think them through beforehand.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. After I gave my availability, I had to follow up to get it scheduled. The recruiter didn't call at the scheduled time, but sent a message to call the next day. The next day, they called 8 minutes late and didn't seem to know the role's scope. When I asked for clarification, they got defensive and asked what wasn't clear from their description. I then had an interview with the hiring manager, who was 5 minutes late and told me they'd be interviewing me for a different role, and that the role I applied for was for alternative candidates for that other role. It was a confusing and disrespectful process overall.

We did an on-campus interview and a phone interview. It was pretty formal; they wrote down notes on everything I said. The team was nice though, and they wanted to hire people who work hard and are also nice to be around.
