Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

It was a pretty quick process with two phone interviews and two panel interviews. The phone interviews were about my experience, and the panel interviews were with the hiring team. They were able to move quickly when I mentioned another offer. I liked that they were transparent throughout.

Behavioral

Phone call with potential colleagues was a positive interaction. The interview day itself was quite long, about 8.5 hours. Each interviewer had a packet of behavioral questions to fill out for a calibration meeting afterward, asking for specific examples of my actions. Some interviewers mentioned they didn't like using the packet but had to. Most people seemed nice and liked their jobs. Being a private company, the work culture differs from public companies regarding benefits. Their employee titles also seem a bit different. However, one Director interviewer was unprofessional, taking a call on speakerphone and using curse words during our conversation, which immediately ended my interest in SCJ. The whole recruitment process took 3 months.
