We started with a recruiter call to get a feel for things. Then, the hiring manager did a general check to see if my experience matched what they were looking for. After that, there were two panel interviews, one with cross-functional folks and the other with the hiring manager again, where we really dug into my experience.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty easy and straightforward, there were 3 rounds of interviews, and about two weeks after the last one, I got the offer. There was a first screening which happened one week after I applied. Then the first interview with the hiring manager. And after 2 more weeks, I had the las interviews with HR and other peer managers. The questions were pretty average and they went into good detail about the company values, information about the role and expectations.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Mostly behavioral questions, like 'tell me about a time when...', focusing on analytics and leadership, with a couple of soft case studies thrown in.
